The 200 mg refers to the total amount of the SloIron® ingredient, while the 10 mg refers to the actual elemental iron your body receives and uses. 

SloIron® is not pure iron, it’s a natural plant-based complex where iron is stored inside a protein structure called ferritin. This structure acts like a “carrier” for the iron.
