Yes. Better Iron can generally be taken alongside most supplements.

However, certain minerals, such as calcium, magnesium, and zinc, can compete with iron for absorption when taken at the same time. For this reason, many people prefer to space iron and mineral supplements by about 2–3 hours.

Vitamins such as Vitamin D, Vitamin K, Vitamin C, and creatine typically do not interfere with iron absorption and can be taken at the same time if desired.

Below are some simple examples of how we recommend our customers to structure their routines when taking Better Iron alongside other Organics Ocean supplements.


Example Supplement Routines

If you’re taking Better Iron + Magnesium Glycinate

Magnesium and iron are both minerals, so spacing them apart may support optimal absorption.

Example routine

Morning:

• Breakfast

Evening:

• Magnesium Glycinate (many people prefer magnesium at night for relaxation)


If you’re taking Better Iron + Magnesium Citrate

Same principle as magnesium glycinate.

Spacing them by a few hours helps avoid competition between minerals.


If you’re taking Better Iron + Better D3 + K2
