The Vitamin E in Better Omega-3 comes from organic mixed tocopherols, and it's there mainly as a natural antioxidant to protect freshness. Omega-3 oils are delicate and can slowly oxidize (spoil) when exposed to air, heat, or light, that's what makes some fish oils smell or taste rancid. 

The mixed tocopherols help guard the EPA and DHA against that oxidation, so the oil stays fresh and clean-tasting through the life of the bottle. It's a small amount (1.2mg per serving), included for stability rather than as a major source of dietary Vitamin E.
