Can I combine Better Calcium with my Better D3 + K2 supplement even though Calcium already has D3 and K2?Updated 8 hours ago

Yes, you can take both together.

Better Calcium gives you 400 IU (10 mcg) of D3 and 10 mcg of K2, which is a small “helper dose” designed to support calcium absorption. Better D3 + K2 provides your full daily D3 (3,000 IU) and a higher K2 amount for overall bone, heart, and immune support.

When you combine them, your total daily intake becomes:

  • Vitamin D3: 3,400 IU
  • Vitamin K2 MK-7: 60 mcg

Both are well within safe, normal daily ranges for healthy adults. The NIH upper limit for D3 is 4,000 IU per day, and MK-7 has no established upper limit at these doses.

So taking both is safe and complements each other: Calcium gives you the mineral, Better D3 + K2 gives you the levels of D3 and K2 needed to use that calcium effectively.

This being said, if you have specific directions from your doctor, it is better to follow those or ask before trying a new supplement in your regimen.
