Does the Tapioca Starch in your Magnesium Glycinate affect blood glucose or contain carbs?Updated 25 days ago
The Tapioca Starch in our Magnesium Glycinate is a 100% natural additive derived from cassava root. It’s added only in a very small amount to help the powder run smoothly through our machines.
The amount is so minimal that it doesn’t contribute any carbohydrates or affect blood glucose levels. That’s why it doesn’t appear in the Supplement Facts panel and is instead listed under “Other Ingredients”
It also does not dilute or reduce the concentration of Magnesium Glycinate in the product.
