Not at all. Magnesium glycinate is a stable mineral compound and does not degrade easily when exposed to light, unlike certain liquid supplements (such as oils or dropper-based vitamins) that are taken by spoon or drops and can be more sensitive to light and air.

Our magnesium is provided in solid capsule form, which already protects the powder from direct exposure. For additional protection, we use BPA-free PET bottles designed to shield the product from environmental factors.

What matters most for magnesium is protection from moisture and heat, which is why we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed and away from direct sunlight.

When stored properly, our magnesium glycinate maintains its full potency and quality throughout its shelf life (2–3 years). Occasional light exposure will not affect its effectiveness.
