What does 'From 1250mg Magnesium Bisglycinate' on the label mean?Updated 17 days ago
Good question!
Making sure you're getting the right amount of magnesium from your supplement is super important. In our Magnesium Glycinate, we've got 275 mg of magnesium coming from 1250 mg of magnesium bis-glycinate for all 3 capsules.
When you’re looking at the supplement label, focus on the elemental magnesium content (that's the smaller number, like ours at 275mg). It's what your body actually uses. Even if it's not labeled as "elemental," that's the pure magnesium you're getting. Our label breaks it down for clarity. For example, if a doctor recommends 200 mg of magnesium, you should focus on that smaller number.
We're all about being upfront with our labeling to help you on your health journey. Should you have any further questions or need help, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here for youyou!
